- Using a bucket or container, collect lots of natural objects that you can find in your garden, in a park, or woodland (for example: Rocks, sticks, Bark, Leaves, Flowers)
- Fill a container with water
- Take each of your treasures one by one, and place them into the water – can you guess if they will sink or float?
- If you hold a treasure under the water, will it rise back up? Do your treasures sink slowly or quickly?
