INSTRUCTIONS (STEP 1, STEP 2 ETC):
- Gather as many cardboard tubes you would like to make telescopes out of.
- Cut squares of coloured cellophane big enough to cover the end of the tube and to have a band over.
Use an elastic band to secure one sheet of cellophane to each tube.
Decorate if you like!
