Benefits

Allowing your child plentiful time within nature can support stress relief, improve short-term memory, increase their mental energy, improve concentration, creativity, and positively boost mental health. The great outdoors can be considered a natural playground that contributes to a child’s positive development.
  1. Cut out a triangle or Christmas tree shape out of cardboard.
  2. Stretch over it a few elastic bands or wrap yarn around it.
  3. Head outside and look for fallen greenery that you can use to thread onto your cardboard.
  4. Fill it up and then display somewhere in your home for all to see!
